Back in action! This time it was the 2023 Tafelberg Matric Dance hosted at the Gusto Urban Italian Restaurant in Century City, Cape Town. Event Cars arrived to pick up the young gentleman by the name of Troy. It was quite clear that there was a high level of anticipation and excitment upon arrival at his home.

Troy is a big fan of classic cars and specifically knows quite a considerable amount of tech specs - a true Mustang fan! Seems he was more exctied about the Mustang and the actual trip than the Dance itself - kinda makes sense to me!

The drive to Century City required a fair amount of bobbing and weaving to get through the rush hour traffic, but we made good time and even had the opportunity of doing a few controlled speedy pull aways when the robots turned green. Troy plans to one day restore his own classic car after he completes his studies. Event Cars looks forward to watching his progress!
